Chili Con Carne

This is my Chili Con Carne recipe with 1 kg ground meat and Habaneros.

You need


Step by step

  1. Chop 6 Habaneros to cubes. Read Saftey Instructions first.

  2. Chop 3 onions to cubes.
    Onions chopped
  3. Chop 3 tomatoes to cubes.
    Tomatoes chopped
  4. Chop 3 capsicums to cubes.
    Capsicums chopped
  5. Make the corn oil hot and roast the ground meat.

  6. After ground meat is roasted add salt.
  7. Continue with adding onios to the ground meat and roast all together.
  8. Then add cayenne pepper and tabasco sauce.
  9. Mix sieved tomatoes and tomato paste into it. Ground Meat
  10. Mix capsicums and tomatoes into it.

  11. Mix Habaneros into it.

  12. Add capsicum powder and olive oil.
  13. If the mash is too dry or too chewy add water.
  14. Mix maize into the mash.
  15. Mix white beans
    White Beans
    Ground Meat with Capsicums, Habaneros, white Beans
    … and red beans into the mash.

  16. You are done.
